ZEADFILL PERFUME aims to ensure customer satisfaction.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Product is unused
  • Packaging is intact
  • Product is defective or damaged

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfumes may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued if:

  • Product arrives damaged
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Order was cancelled before shipment

Refunds will be processed to the original payment credentials.

  • Used perfumes
  • Opened fragrance products
  • Clearance items
